APHC on Tuesday asked pro-Indian politicians to shun their fraudulent and deceitful politics, saying that people in state while pursuing their rightful cause have presented unprecedented sacrifices, hence are fully aware about all those stooges helping forced occupation. Referring to resistance movement and sacrifices presented by people, Hurriyat said that since 1931, six lakh people were massacred, properties worth billions destroyed and added that these sacrifices were not offered to support any particular party or dynasty. Hypocrisy and treachery is the trait of National conference, said Hurriyat and strongly criticizing Omer Abdullah for his statement wherein he has criticised Syed Ali Geelani, saying that people and particularly youth are fully aware about the treacherous role played by NC leadership. Huriyat added that National conference since its inception has been playing deceit and folly and people in state are fully aware about their role. The life and contribution of Geelani is an open book, said Hurriyat and asked all pro-Indian parties and their leadership to study entire record of state assembly and see that Geelani has never accepted the state as an integral part of India. Defining the role played by Muslim United Front and its participation in elections held in 1987, Huriyat said that Front, in a civilised and democratic way of achieving freedom, participated in those elections, however through mass rigging, Indian authorities denied this democratic right and with the full support and blessings of New Delhi NC grabbed power, particularly for their folly and bullying. Freedom movements are a sacred mission for legends and brave hearts, hence face hardships and suffer almost all their life, said Hurriyat, while as PDP and NC like parties follow power politics, added Huriyat. Huriyat conference asked Omer Abdullah to explain about that’’ freedom mission”, his grandfather followed and when did Geelani begged for a berth in power corridors. The two characters evidently differentiates the role played by Sheikh Abdullah and Syed Ali Geelani, as even on the floor of assembly while pronouncing his stand, Geelani always acknowledged Kashmir as a disputed territory. Geelani dedicated his entire life for the sacred cause of nation's freedom and even at ninety is pursuing this mission with full dedication , said Hurriyat and while as Sheikh Abdullah played with the sentiments of his nation to secure material gains for his dynasty. We will never allow anybody to play with the sentiments of people, said Huriyat and while paying salute to nation for their commitment and steadfastness, said that nation should boycott all upcoming elections and reject all these stooges and their deceitful and treacherous politics (KNO)
